Placement Study QC

Mystery Shopping QC

Central & Remote Research Quality Control

CLT (Central Location Testing) QC

Central location tests are supervised by trained moderators and facility managers. Respondent identity is verified, tests are video recorded where permitted, and data is reviewed in real-time. All deviations are documented and addressed immediately.

Exit Interview QC

Exit interview data is cross-checked against location logs and time stamps. Supervisors conduct random spot checks and re-contact a percentage of respondents to verify participation and response accuracy.

CATI (Telephone Interview) QC

CATI operations feature live call monitoring, automated call recording, and real-time supervisor feedback. Dialer logs are audited, and a minimum of 20% of completed interviews are back-checked by QC supervisors for consistency and accuracy.

Multi-Layer QC Framework

Step 1: Pre-Field Quality Checks

Before any data collection begins, all research instruments are reviewed, field teams are briefed, and test runs are conducted to validate the setup. Sampling plans are verified against client specifications to ensure proper targeting.

Step 2: Real-Time Field Monitoring

Our centralized monitoring team tracks all field activities in real-time using GPS tracking, time stamps, and live data feeds. Any anomalies are flagged instantly, and field supervisors are alerted for immediate intervention.

Step 3: Back-Check & Verification

A minimum of 20% of all completed interviews are back-checked via telephone or in-person re-contact. Respondents are asked key questions to verify their participation and the accuracy of their responses.

Step 4: Data Validation & Cleaning

Collected data undergoes automated validation checks for logic, consistency, and completeness. Outliers, skip pattern violations, and suspicious response patterns are flagged and reviewed by the QC team.

Step 5: Final Audit & Delivery

Before delivery, a final audit is conducted by the QC manager. Only data that passes all quality thresholds is released to clients, accompanied by a quality assurance certificate and comprehensive documentation.
